Hot Off The Press! Michael Bloise is the New Executive Chef at Kefi in Aventura
I just found this great news out. Michael Bloise, formerly of Wish, who magically disappeared one day and left everyone in disbelief has reentered the Miami restaurant scene. Where? Drumroll please…
He has just been hired as the executive chef at Kefi Restaurant in Aventura. Kefi is located at 18851 NE 29th Ave, Suite 102 in Aventura. Although Kefi was already fabulous, as I was just there 2 weeks ago, it will become over the top with this great addition. They offer a sophisticated blend of global cuisine, signature cocktails in an intimate setting overlooking Biscayne Bay. While it will take a few weeks for Michael to add his golden touch to the menu, this place will be hopping soon. In addition, Kefi Restaurant and Lounge is taking part in Miami Spice. Try the Miso Sea Bass served over a melange of vegetables, squid ink noodles and capellini. You will be crawling back for more — guaranteed.
